Memorial services at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 12, 2013 at Smith Memorial Chapel with Rick Shelton of Calvary Lighthouse Pentecostal Church, Chelsea, OK officiating. A private interment was held at Choctaw Cemetery prior to his memorial service.
